Process

	Preparation Preparation of the products by routing and merchandiser Creation of the database, synchronization of the applications, tablets provided to merchandisers Briefing of the action Loading of the vehicles and quantity controls

	Setup Each merchandiser optimises his/her route for their area In each pharmacy, the merchandiser explains the action and sets up the display and high quality window stickers After every execution the display is photographed and eventual remarks reported

	Results Necessary reports, statistics and photographs are available LIVE. The excess of material is retrieved, counted and put in stock for further use
