	Setup and process Online custom tailored platform is set up to place orders, follow-up deliveries, get additional information and ask questions Each week, a custom order suggestion is sent out to each point of sales Flexible and trilingual customer service through phone and e-mail is available all week
	End of the action At the end of the action, the remaining products are encoded through the online platform Our merchandisers visit each store, control the quantities and wrap them carefully The products are picked up, sorted and repacked for further use
