  • Over the past years, we have already organized several loyalty programs BERGHOFF
  • A Successful Campaign
  • 3 Periods (PRESEASON, SPRING, AUTUMN)
  • Each promotion runs between 10 to 12 weeks

Process

Preparation

  • Design + production of POCM materials
  • Reception of goods, quantity + quality controls and storage
  • Delivery of Point of sales displays in participating stores
  • Setup of the displays in the field by our merchandisers to maximize visibility and presentation
 

Setup and process

  • Online custom tailored platform is set up to place orders, follow-up deliveries, get additional information and ask questions
  • Each week, a custom order suggestion is sent out to each point of sales
  • Flexible and trilingual customer service through phone and e-mail is available all week
 
 

RETURN

  • At the end of the action, the remaining products are encoded through the online platform
  • Our merchandisers visit each store, control the quantities and wrap them carefully
  • The products are picked up, sorted and repacked for further use
