Our experience
Director and full-time staff (account handling, administration, co-ordination, control) are building experience in field marketing since 1999. ProField was the field marketing department of Promodefi. Staff, customers, … remain the same. We only changed the name and the location.
Job description:
- You get to know the existing client from A to Z from the inside.
- You handle incoming mails and phone calls from the stores of the client
- You are in contact with the client and stay alert in order to react quickly if necessary.
- You handle the weekly reporting towards the client.
- You help with the administration tied to the client.
- You work closely together with the warehouse manager
Profile:
- You have a bachelor degree.
- You can explain a previous succesful experience in a B2B environment.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
- You are bilingual NL-FR (EN is a plus).
- You have great analytical (detection of needs) and communicative skills
- You have the required self-discipline to complete various tasks and are motivated.
- You are efficient and work results-oriented.
- You are a good listener and posses a strong empathethic ability.
